Thank you for considering submitting your CV. 3c PR is committed to protecting your privacy. The policy below details how we’ll ensure that your personal data is kept secure and confidential.
We will process the personal data you provide in your CV and any subsequent communications solely for recruiting purposes (including by potentially contacting any referees provided in your CV).
If you provide 3c PR with information about third parties, we will assume that they have given you permission to do so and for 3c PR to collect, process and to transfer their personal data to the same extent.
When reviewing your CV, there are some circumstances where we may disclose your personal data (including by transmitting it electronically) such as:
• To those 3c PR employees involved in our recruitment and selection processes (e.g. relevant account managers, directors and members of our HR team)
• To appropriate government agencies, advisers, and other third parties in order to comply with applicable laws
• To other organisations who help us store data, access data or provide 3c PR with services
You can be assured that 3c PR will do everything reasonable to ensure your personal data is kept secure from unauthorised access or disclosure.
An employee of 3c PR will contact you if we feel you may be suitable for a possible vacancy.
If you do not progress through the recruitment process, your personal data will be kept for a maximum 2 year period from the date of receipt of your CV. After this period it will be removed, or can be removed earlier upon your request.
